The following steps of screening were conducted by Veretin Recruitment team before Dastanbek was endorsed to Resonance Network:
- screening and shortlisting, text interview
- one-on-one initial interview to assess hard and soft skills
- background check to verify past experience and open source contributions
- technical interview to evaluate level of proficiency with particular Web3 technologies, including live coding and code review
- behavioral interview to assess problem solving, leadership and teamwork skills, as well as cultural fit
After being endorsed, Dastanbek successfully completed a paid 1-week trial period where he was working with the core team
