FearsOff was looking for a Senior Smart Contract Auditor with a significant experience in Web3 and Web2 cybersecurity, plus a commercial background utilising low-level languages. The ideal candidate needed to possess:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (both Web3 and Web2)
- 5+ years of experience in C and C++
- trackable purple team background
- active GitHub repository and proven contributions to open-source projects
- fluent English with excellent communication skills
- availability for a 100% remote, full-time role
- GMT to GMT+6 time zone

Solution & Process

Veretin Recruitment has created a custom strategy and found multiple candidates. After doing a background check and interviewing them, FearsOff met Eduardo Melo who has:
- 6+ years of experience in Web3 development, with a focus on cybersecurity
- 5 years of experience in Web2 cybersecurity and data management
- extensive experience with low-level languages
- great background in auditing smart contracts
- proven track record in Web3 open-source contributions
- expertise with both EVM and Solana ecosystems
