- 6+ years of experience in Web3 development, with a focus on cybersecurity
- 5 years of experience in Web2 cybersecurity and data management
- extensive experience with low-level languages
- great background in auditing smart contracts
- proven track record in Web3 open-source contributions
- expertise with both EVM and Solana ecosystems
The following steps of screening were conducted by Veretin Recruitment team before Eduardo was endorsed to FearsOff:

- background check to verify experience and contributions
- one-on-one initial interview to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit
- technical interview to evaluate level of proficiency with particular Web3/Web2 technologies, including live coding
- behavioral interview to assess problem solving, leadership and teamwork skills
