Arkis is a London-based Web3 startup building a DeFi brokerage protocol for institutional clients. Being our regular client since early 2025, they approached Veretin Recruitment to hire one more Senior Golang Engineer, who could join a small engineering team and take significant ownership of backend infrastructure.

The profile was particularly challenging because the engineer needed strong production Golang experience alongside distributed systems, Web3/blockchain knowledge, plus both security and cryptography fundamentals.
