Our client is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial CTO/Co-Founder

  • Location: Remote (possibility to be in office in the future)
  • Commitment: Full-time
  • Compensation: $480,000/year + Token Allocation

Responsibilities
  • define the technical architecture for project's ecosystem (token smart contracts, integrations with custodians, KYC platforms etc.)
  • oversee smart contract development and manage external blockchain auditors
  • lead the build of project's portal (token redemption, service integrations, user dashboards, staking mechanisms etc.)
  • collaborate on tokenomics and blockchain mechanics to ensure scalability, compliance, and security
  • recruit and manage technical hirings or agencies (developers, security engineers etc.)
  • ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory best practices
  • take technical and strategic decisions to scale the project

Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in blockchain/Web3 development (Solidity, smart contracts, EVM and non-EVM chains)
  • hands-on experience in developing, scaling and leading products in crypto, fintech, or asset tokenization (RWA)
  • strong managerial experience, outstanding soft skills
  • knowledge of blockchain security, audits, KYC/AML compliance mechanisms
  • ability to architect and lead the development of a crypto platform (marketplace, redemption portal etc.)
  • passionate about blockchain innovation and building products that bridge real-world and digital assets
  • previous experience as a startup founder is preferred

The team consist of 5 people distributed between the US and France
The successful candidate will be in a constant direct touch with Co-Founders and will report directly to the CEO
